Its all a very unfortunate situation. I personally do not see the benefit of ruining this reckless kids life over what they claim he did. However, if he has violated the law and they can prove it, of course consequences are unavoidable.

I am more troubled by the states interest in obtaining the evidence violating the childs civil rights. Forcibly injecting him with something for evidence in this case seems to be going too far.

How bizarre can it get? I hope though that the threat of an injection into that 17 year old limp penis will teach him a lesson about the consequences of sext exiting. Can that kid even conceive the ramifications of being labeled a sex offender? I hope the Judge will change his mind and not go through with this.
